SIMPLE PROCESS. ZERO HASSLE.
We believe getting the right machinery onto your property should be entirely straightforward. Here is exactly how we handle logistics, deliveries, and scheduling from our yard to your job site.
1. Pick Your Gear.
Look through The Lineup to find the right compact excavator, track loader, attachment, or trailer for your project. If you aren't completely sure what size machine you need, just give us a shout and we can talk through your specs together.
2. Connect With Us
Fill out our quick online request form or call our yard at 307-696-9093. We check our fleet availability right away to help you coordinate the exact delivery times that fit your work window.
3. Direct Delivery
We transport your equipment straight to your site anywhere in Campbell County, and we haul it away the moment your project is wrapped up. We handle the paperwork quickly so you can focus entirely on getting the job done.
Direct Job-Site Delivery
To make your project as smooth as possible, we operate as a delivery-first equipment service. Our transport team handles all the heavy lifting by rolling the machinery and trailers straight to your residential property, commercial site, or ranch, and picking it up the moment your rental window closes.
We proudly deliver across Gillette, Wright, Moorcroft, Buffalo, and the surrounding region. Because we handle transport ourselves, we tailor your delivery fee to your project. Depending on your job-site distance and how many days or weeks you need the gear, your delivery costs may be heavily discounted or even completely on us. Just let us know your project location when booking, and we'll find a delivery solution that works best for you.
What We Need From You
We like to keep things as easy as a handshake deal. To finalize your rental paperwork and get your machinery rolling onto your site, all we require is:
A valid driver’s license
A major credit card kept securely on file
A signature on our standard local rental agreement
Please note: If you are planning to rent our 4-Horse Gooseneck Trailer, your truck must be fully equipped with an active, properly rated gooseneck hitch system before our transport team drops it off at your location. Also, our heavy-duty Dump and Flat-Deck trailers are legally rated for In-State use only.
