1. Booking Requests & Availability
Submitting an online intake form or sending an email request does not constitute a guaranteed equipment reservation. All fleet rentals are subject to live scheduling availability and are only finalized once a standard local rental agreement is signed and a credit card is secured on file.2. Delivery-First Logistics Model
To protect yard privacy, we operate strictly as a delivery-first equipment service. All machinery, trailers, and tools are transported to and from the customer's specified job-site address by our crew. Delivery fees are custom-tailored on a case-by-case basis depending on transport distance and length of the rental window.3. Rental Verification Requirements
To finalize your paperwork on-site during equipment drop-off, the primary renter must provide: (a) A valid driver’s license, (b) A major credit card for a secure security hold, and (c) A signature on our official rental agreement. If renting our 4-Horse Gooseneck Trailer, the customer's vehicle must be fully equipped with an active, properly rated gooseneck hitch setup.4. Use Restrictions
All heavy-duty hauling trailers (including Dump and Flat Deck-Over units) are legally rated for In-State Use Only. Unauthorized out-of-state transport is strictly prohibited.
